Beat License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Licensee”) and Savilion Beats (“Licensor”) for the use of beat/instrumental music (“Beat”).

MP3 License – $30

• One (1) MP3 file of the Beat
• For personal, non-commercial use only
• Must credit “Produced by Savilion Beats” in song title/description
• License for one (1) project/song only
• No exclusive rights – Beat remains available for others

WAV License – $50

• One (1) WAV file of the Beat
• For personal, non-commercial use only
• Must credit “Produced by Savilion Beats”
• License for one (1) project/song only
• No exclusive rights

Stems License – $75

• WAV file + Individual track stems
• For personal, non-commercial use only
• Must credit “Produced by Savilion Beats”
• License for one (1) project/song only
• No exclusive rights

Exclusive License – $200

• Full exclusive ownership of the Beat
• Beat is permanently removed from the store
• Unlimited commercial use
• No credit required (though appreciated)
• No other Licensee may use this Beat

General Terms

All licenses prohibit resale, redistribution, or sharing of the Beat files. Unauthorized use will result in license termination and potential legal action.
