1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and purchasing from Savilion Beats, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products and Licensing

All beats are sold under license agreements. You do not receive ownership of the beat, only the rights specified in your chosen license tier.

3. License Tiers

  • MP3 License ($30): MP3 file for personal/non-profit use. Must credit producer.
  • WAV License ($50): WAV file for personal/non-profit use. Must credit producer.
  • Stems License ($75): WAV + Stems for personal/non-profit use. Must credit producer.
  • Exclusive License ($200): Full ownership rights. Beat removed from store. No credit required.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Contact us if you experience download issues.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased beats. Each license is for a single user/project.
